The following information and documentation is usually required during the loan process.

• Last Two Pay stubs or if self employed, past two years Federal Tax Returns
• 2009 and 2010 Fedeal Tax Returns including W-2"s
• Most Recent Personal Montthly Bank account statements, all pages are required
• Most Recent Investment Monthly account statements, all pages are required
• Most Recent Retirement/401K account statements, all pages are required
• Copy of Driver's License
• Real Estate Agent name and phone number

 If you currently own Real Estate:

• Most Recent Mortgage Statements
• Home Insurance Policy information
